  3. Still one short report:  I'm very happy
  4. that PLKS (Postlagerkarten) are no more
  5. given    out    from    the   'Deutsche
  6. Beulenpest'!  My experiences in writing
  7. to  them  are  so  bad  - from hundreds
  8. (naja) of PLKs I wrote to for swapping,
  9. conversation,   buying,   most   of  my
  10. sendings  came  back 'cause the numbers
  11. were  dead  and  such shit!!!  So - for
  12. what  has  this shit been - paying lots
  13. of  stamps  or  what?!   I do NOT wanna
  14. know  how  much  guyz lost money and/or
  15. disks  writing to such PLKs...  I wanna
  16. give  a  tip  for  all  diskmags  etc.:
  17. There  are  still  lots  of PLKs around
  18. here  in  Germany  - I'd like a service
  19. 'bout  testing  "what's  going  on with
  20. this  PLK?" or something like that.  It
  21. would  mean  a  short message below the
  22. advertisements   if   somebody  already
  23. wrote to them with success, got all his
  24. disks  back  or  knows the owner of the
  25. PLK  is  a  cool  guy  and so on.  This
  26. would  help  lots  of  guys!  So if you
  27. know a lamer or a diskstealer or a dead
  28. PLK: Write it down for publishing!?
